How it works...

The program is simple, a representative of Smith Industrial Tires will visit your location and gather vital tire and equipment information that you will be maintaining tires on. This information is used to track your tire wear, condition and replacement information. We keep track of the tires on your lift truck or industrial equipment. We will maintain a routine date and time to visit your site to update our records and monitor your tire needs. When tires become due for replacement or rotation our representative will notify you and will make the appropriate actions to insure your tires are being handled promptly and efficiently by our trained service staff.

Why you need this....

At Smith Industrial Tires, we know that any preventative maintenance programs are time consuming and often hard to maintain. Since we keep track and provide you with our record copies, your time and awareness of the equipment is at a minimum allowing you time for other needed tasks or projects.
In addition to time savings, our program can help reduce cost of repairs and downtime of the equipment by recording such things as tire wear, damage and suggested rotation to get the most from your tires or replacement before equipment damage occurs.
Having such programs in place can often save your company money and time dealing with OSHA or other infractions and make your maintenance reporting streamline.
